Hugh Curtiss, business and spiritual guru

Now that Hugh Curtiss has a blogsite, it seems even more sensible to get on with my novel about him. It will be an imagined account of his rumoured life and doings.

I hear more than most about him. We are correspondents. "Brother Hugh" (as he was often know) lives mostly abroad and I seldom go to London, where I know he sometimes surfaces.

Anyway, he passes through the UK usually on or other of his rather mysterious missions and I know he keeps his different worlds rather separate. But we do email, and I love to hear such of his exploits as he will admit to.

I was surprised when he agreed that I could write a novel based on his life. "It'll amuse me", he emailed. "The people who know me will know which bits are true, and those that don't know me are welcome to speculate as they please. Sticks and stones, you know?". I do.
